Istanbul Family Apartment Rooms

Super good location just 10min from Gran Bazaar and in a nice authentic neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants. You can’t ask for more for the price, very warm and comfortable. Amazing value for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Istanbul! The location is perfect: very close to public transport, and many of the main attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar are within walking distance. (Be prepared for some steep hills, as is typical in this part of the city!) The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging our transportation to and from the apartment, which made everything so much easier, especially since we were traveling with kids. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Very attentive staff!

The first thing that I want to mention is very nice and friendly staff. Not only he was as nice as family members during our stay, but he also helped us with everything including guidance to choose the tourist spots and shopping centres to visit, finding our way to everywhere, finding a wheelchair suitable for one of us, and many other things that were not sure of "responsibilities" for hotel staff. The hotel is located in old-fashioned traditional winding alleys of Fateh district that looked nicely nostalgic for me. As it is of the historical parts of the city, if you are healthy enough, you can reach many popular tourist spots by walk from the hotel. These at least include Hagia Sophia mosque, Sultan Ahmed blue mosque, and Topkapi palace. Also, historical sites in which you can shop ? like Grand Bazaar and Mahmoot Pasha Bazaar can be reached by walk. In one sentence, if you want to experience Istanbul as a historical eastern city (and even do some shopping), you can just stay around the hotel for all your trip. The cleanness and facilities in the hotel also extended my expectation. Everything that you see in the pictures are really there, and there are more things as well. You should use the stairs to go up to the apartments, yet there are just a few stairs and the staff will help you if needed. Do not expect a five-star hotel, but it is absolutely worth the price that you pay (and perhaps more). So, if you are not looking for a luxurious place but a comfortable friendly one, definitely choose it!

We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. The host is very nice and helpful. He took personal interest in getting us comfortable and providing everything that was required. The location is great - it is just next to the popular and lively Fish Square dining area. But just far away so that there is no disturbance or noise. The train station at Kumkapi and the tram station at Istanbul University are within easy walking distance. It is also possible to walk to the Sultanahmet mosque area (20 to 30 minutes walk).

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Clean rooms and acceptable facilities available. In the middle of the Bazaar, and easy access to different places even when you don't have a car.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location — close to everything I needed yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful throughout my stay, always available if I had questions or needed anything. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

It was clean and there was all necessary things are available.

I really liked the size , the location. Especially in budget . Very close to the cheaper part of town and for that budget it is very good. Very clean . Only 20 minutes to the blue mosque. Which is very good. . 1 food place on the main road was cheaper than the rest. A grocery shop was open 24 hours. The people owning the place were very kind and courteous. The heating was very good.. because at night it would get quite chilly . There was a sub continent Asian food place round the corner.We had paraths and omlet for breakfast

Not recommended for family

We were accommodated 4 persons in two rooms in one apartment - it was very convenient for us. The view from the windows was onto one street and onto another street. Beyond this block is a lively part of the area with many restaurants.

Bed were comfortable, walking distance to Grabd Bazaar and Sultamahmet district

The location is excelent for the money, the owner is very kind. The property is located in the oldest part of Istanbul and all the atractions can be visit by walk.
